Quiet contractor apartment in Leipzig-Gruenau, a few minutes from Alte Salzstrasse with direct connections to the city centre, the trade fair grounds and the industrial areas in the west of Leipzig.

The semi-detached house offers three separate bedrooms with single beds, six sleeping places in total. The kitchen with a large dining table is fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and cooking utensils. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

WiFi, TV, radio and a desk are part of the equipment, bed linen and towels are included. Free parking is available directly at the house, shops and public transport stops are within walking distance. Self check-in by arrangement, also outside regular hours.

Rooms can be booked individually or the whole apartment for teams. Minimum stay 3 nights. We speak German, English, Romanian and Spanish.
