Description
We provide constantly well maintained facilities.
Contractors, installers, business travelers, vacation visitors, and other short- or long-term tenants are welcome to stay with us. You or your employees will not lack a single thing at our place.
All accommodation are furnished with single beds, seating furniture, wardrobe, and TV.
The kitchen is also fully equipped with refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, silverware, etc.
Each apartment has its own bathroom and restroom.
Free parking is available directly alongside the house. There is a beautiful community garden with barbecue grills where you can relax and enjoy your time.
We provide over 150 beds in the Merseburg, Halle and Leipzig area. We also can offer an individual deal for larger groups.
ALL-INCLUSIVE (water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and car parking - everything is included in the rental price).
The advertised prices are individually negotiable and also depend on the season.

The minimum rental period is 3 nights. There is a one-time flat rate for the final cleaning of 20 euros per person, however at least 60 euros (for a new person, there is a charge of 15 euros which includes new bed linen).
