This cozy apartment features a clear layout:

Space: Hallway, a separate bedroom, and a spacious living room (walk-through room).

Sleeping arrangements: 1 x double bed, 2 x single beds, and a sofa bed.

Key feature: Ideal for teams.

2. "Attic Studio" (Top Floor, approx. 75 m²) – Spacious living under the eaves
Bright and open atmosphere for up to 4 people:

Space: Open-plan living/sleeping area with an integrated kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom.

Sleeping arrangements: Total of 4 single beds (2 in the bedroom, 2 in the living area). Perfect for colleagues who prefer separate sleeping spaces.

We want you to feel at home. Each unit provides:

Full Kitchen: Stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine – including all necessary kitchenware.

Convenience: Private washing machine directly in the apartment.

Multimedia: Free Wi-Fi & Smart TV with Netflix for relaxing evenings.

Full Service: Fresh towels and bed linen are included upon arrival. For longer stays, we provide a free interim cleaning service including linen change every 2 weeks.
