Handover from 3 p.m., return by 10 a.m. – the time in between is used to prepare the unit. A later handover is possible; the key is then left in a key safe. Just let us know the day before, that is all it takes. Nobody has to leave the site early to collect a key. We agree the exact time in advance; there is no permanent staff on site.

Electricity, heating, water and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The inventory is checked and replenished between tenancies.

Rent per unit, staged by length of tenancy (up to 13 days / 14–29 days / from 30 days):
Apartments (up to 6 people): €145 / €135 per day, €3,750 per month
House (up to 8 people): €165 / €155 per day, €4,500 per month
House (up to 10 people): €250 / €230 per day, €6,600 per month

The rent applies to the whole unit, regardless of the number of people. For longer tenancies and smaller teams, individual terms can be agreed.
