Large team apartment for companies, workers and project teams in Rostock-Warnemünde. The apartment is approximately 110 m², accommodates up to 8 people and includes two free parking spaces directly in front of the building.

The apartment has 4 separate bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Depending on your requirements, the beds can be used as separate single beds or placed together as double beds. Please let us know your preferred bed arrangement before arrival.

Your team will have the entire apartment to itself. No other guests or employees from other companies will share the accommodation. This provides sufficient peace and privacy after work.

Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, free Wi-Fi and TV. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.

Two parking spaces directly in front of the building are included in the price. The courtyard is closed by a gate. Guests receive a key to the gate for the duration of their stay.

The apartment is located on Werftallee, directly near the shipyard. Contactless check-in is available via a key box. We can be reached daily from 08:00 to 22:00 by telephone and WhatsApp.

Companies receive a proper invoice showing VAT separately. Longer stays and extensions are possible depending on availability.
