Spacious workers' apartment (approx. 83 m²) on the upper floor of a historic manor house in Biendorf-Gersdorf – quiet location with easy access to job sites in Rostock, Wismar, Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and the surrounding region.

The apartment offers two separate sleeping areas: a bedroom with a bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the separate living room, so everyone has their own space to unwind after a long working day. Alternatively, a folding bed can be set up in the living room. It also features a private bathroom, a kitchen for self-catering and fast Wi-Fi throughout the house.

To relax after work, you are welcome to use the manor house park and a terrace with barbecue.
