There are three apartments available for up to 5 people and one apartment for 2 people.

The apartment for 2 people features a bedroom with two separate beds and a large wardrobe, a kitchen, and a very spacious bathroom.

The apartments for 5 people include two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, each covering approximately 52 m².
The first bedroom is furnished with three separate beds, while the second has two separate beds. Both rooms offer ample storage space with large wardrobes.

The fully equipped kitchens include a refrigerator with freezer, a stove with oven, a microwave, and various cooking utensils for meal preparation. A dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are also available. Each kitchen also includes a large table that seats up to 6 people and a TV with internet access.

In the garden of the ground floor apartment, guests can relax and enjoy barbecuing in good weather. The apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors each have a balcony with seating.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and is only permitted in the garden or on the balconies!

Each bathroom is functionally equipped with a shower and toilet.
Towels and bed linens are included in the price.

All utility costs are included in the rental price. Wi-Fi usage is also free of charge.

In the basement of the building, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

The final cleaning fee is €100. For stays of 14 days or longer, this fee is waived.

The location of the apartments offers ideal access to public transport and shopping facilities in close proximity.
Free parking is available near the property.

The house rules must be observed, and quiet hours respected. These will be provided upon key handover.
