Two freshly renovated apartments in the same building – separately or together for teams of up to 16. Ideal when a team stays for a longer period and everyone needs some space of their own.

– Kitchen with fitted kitchen, fridge, stove and microwave

Apartment 4th floor (attic, approx. 82 m², 6–8 persons):
– 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, one pull-out extra mattress each in bedrooms 2 and 3, TV in every room
– Kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, dining table
– Shower room with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer
– Private roof terrace

In both apartments: Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, kettle and dishes provided.

Getting there:
From Birkenweiher you are on the A46 (Solingen junction) in 5 minutes. Wuppertal, Haan, and Hilden in 15 minutes, Düsseldorf and Leverkusen in 25–30 minutes. Street parking.

Job sites nearby:
Solingen-Ohligs (Piepersberg, Monhofer Feld) and Aufderhöhe industrial estates in 10–15 minutes; Solingen hospital, Zwilling, Walbusch, BIA and Wilkinson within the city. Chempark Leverkusen (Bayer, Covestro, Lanxess) 20–25 minutes, Vorwerk and Bayer Wuppertal 15–20 minutes, Henkel and the Mercedes-Benz plant in Düsseldorf 30 minutes, Ford Cologne-Niehl 35 minutes.
