When companies send their teams to construction sites or projects, reliability is essential. Anyone who has ever organized accommodation knows the struggle: chasing offers, slow communication, poor equipment or locations – and unhappy employees in the end.
CosyHomes24 was created because nobody needs that.
My name is Simon Arts, founder of CosyHomes24. Before providing accommodation myself, I worked for many years in HR and had to organize housing for employees. I know the requirements from first-hand experience.
That’s why we do things differently:
fully equipped, clean and functional apartments, reliable communication and support before, during and after the stay. On the market for several years – transparent, predictable and professional.
Our apartments offer everything teams need for everyday project life: separate bedrooms, functional kitchens, bathrooms with washing facilities, fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs. And because people live there – not just sleep – we furnish everything so it is functional and comfortable.

Additional pricing information
Our prices are per accommodation and night for the stated occupancy and serve as a guideline. Depending on length of stay, number of guests and time period, we will gladly prepare an individual offer.
Many of our guests stay for several months or even years. For such stays we offer attractive company rates and flexible conditions.
The price includes Wi-Fi, bed linen, utilities and the use of the washing machine.
Final cleaning is charged once.
Parking spaces are also available depending on the accommodation.
