Contractor apartment in Duisburg-Hochfeld on Wanheimer Strasse. Duisburg port, the steel works and the access to the A59 motorway are only minutes away, and the tram runs straight into the city centre.

The apartment has two bright bedrooms: one with two single beds, one with three single beds – five sleeping places in total. Both rooms have a television, bedside tables with reading lamps, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a large dining table.

The bathroom has been freshly renovated and offers a large shower, toilet and washbasin. WiFi is available; bed linen, towels and cleaning products are included. A washing machine can be used and parking is free of charge. Self check-in by arrangement, also for early shift starts.

Rooms can be rented individually or the whole apartment for teams. Minimum stay 3 nights. We speak German, English, Romanian and Spanish.
