We offer fitters and trade fair visitors two comfortably furnished flats for up to 7 people. One flat consists of a double and a single room and the second flat has two double rooms. The beds in the double rooms are always placed apart. The double rooms can also be requested for single use. All bedrooms are equipped with TV. Both flats have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, oven, microwave etc. There is a WC with shower in each flat. A WLAN guest connection is available.

The motorway connections to the A1 and A3/A4 are each approx. 8-10 minutes' drive away.

The supermarket, bakery, snack bar and restaurants are each 400-500m away. It is also only 400m to the bus and city railway with a direct connection to the trade fair. An S-Bahn (Cologne-Leverkusen-Düsseldorf) can be reached in 5 minutes by car. This means that you can reach the Cologne trade fair centre in 10 minutes or the cathedral/central station in 15 minutes.
The Leverkusen Chemical Park is 10 minutes away by car and the Cologne Trade Fair Centre can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
