We rent furnished accommodation to companies only – for fitters, tradespeople and skilled workers. We do not rent to private individuals.
Own properties – no agency We operate all accommodation ourselves: more than 900 beds in 23 cities across Germany. One contact person, one contract and one consolidated invoice for all locations. We only rent fully self-contained apartments and houses, no individual rooms.
Accommodation Single, double and multi-bed rooms with single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and a washing machine of its own in every accommodation. Bed linen included. Parking in front of the building.
Location The accommodation is located in Übach-Palenberg (Heinsberg district), right on the Dutch border. Übach-Palenberg train station in town (RE 4 and RB 33 towards Aachen, Mönchengladbach and Düsseldorf). Geilenkirchen approx. 8 km, Aachen approx. 20 km. Motorways A44 and A46 are quickly reachable.
