The entrance to the apartment is located on the first floor of the building. From there, a small staircase leads directly into the bright living and sleeping area, which is furnished with two single beds, a desk and two wardrobes.

The compact bathroom is accessible from the living area and includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and private washing machine.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. A dining table with chairs and a television are also provided.

A steep staircase leads to the converted attic, where there are two additional sleeping areas, each with a single bed. These areas have an open layout and are separated by curtains rather than doors. Due to the sloping roof, the ceiling height in parts of the attic is lower.

The accommodation is situated on Kleine Pfaffengasse in the centre of Speyer, just a few steps from Königsplatz. Shops, restaurants and other everyday amenities are within easy reach.

The accommodation does not have a private parking space. Parking is available, among other places, at the CONTIPARK car park in central Speyer. The Messplatz, approximately 800 metres from the accommodation, provides another option. Guests should check current parking availability, charges and access conditions before arrival.

For longer stays, a landlord’s confirmation of residence can be provided. After registering the accommodation as a main residence, guests may apply for a resident parking permit, subject to the requirements of the City of Speyer. The permit does not guarantee a specific parking space.
