You’re staying in a sunny and cozy 65 sqm apartment in the basement of our 2-story home located in a quiet neighborhood with own entrance. The flat comes with a bedroom with a big bed (180cm x 200cm), a kitchen with direct entrance to the garden, a spacious living room with a sleeping couch and a bathroom with shower and tub as well as a small storage room.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highspeed Internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, bed linen and towels are inclusive. The sunny and partially covered porch / seating area invites you for a glass of wine during sunset. Please do not smoke inside the premises. Parking is free directly at the street. Pets need to be agreed upon.
To enter the apartment, you will have to walk down a driveway. There are no stairs. Inside the apartment the ceiling height is limited to 2,20m (=7,2ft). If both items are no issue for you: Welcome!
We are living upstairs with our two infant daughters. We are taking care of no unnecessary noise. Still, you might be able to notice us. If you are a dog lover, we also have a super friendly, small dog who would love any extra cuddles you want to provide.
