The accommodation is for your exclusive use for the entire period you have rented it.
Each room has its own smart TV.
The dining area is separate, offers a large dining table, and invites you to linger.
The fully equipped kitchen has all cooking utensils, tableware, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, large refrigerator and freezer, as well as a small dining corner.
There is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Another seating option is the large terrace, which also serves as a smoking area. Barbecuing is welcome here.
The entire apartment has internet.
Cars, vans, and trucks can be parked along the street directly in front of the door.

In the adjoining room, there is a laundry room with a washing machine.
