Apartment No. 1 – Basement, approx. 80 m², up to 5 people
Welcome to our stylishly converted basement apartment! On approximately 80 m², you will find a modern home away from home – ideal for families, small groups, or travelers who value both comfort and privacy. The apartment is generously laid out and includes two cozy rooms with an open dining and living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright bathroom with daylight and a walk-in shower, a spacious hallway, and a practical storage room.

For restful nights, the bedroom offers two comfortable beds. In the living area, there is a cozy sofa bed, and an additional sofa bed in the hallway provides extra sleeping space. If needed, a folding bed can also be set up – perfect for unexpected guests or visitors.

The apartment features smart central heating, which can be adjusted separately and programmed according to your preferences. The living area is modernly and tastefully furnished, including SAT-TV with optional IPTV. Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer add further convenience, especially for longer stays.

A separate entrance ensures privacy, and parking directly in front of the house allows for easy and stress-free arrival. For enjoyable evenings outdoors, a grill is also available – perfect for summer nights or shared meals in the fresh air.

Apartment No. 2 – approx. 40 m², 2–3 people
Our second apartment is perfect for couples, small families, or travelers looking for a compact yet stylish temporary home. On approximately 40 m², you will find a bright, modern apartment with a bedroom, open living area, kitchen, and bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (approx. 1.40 m) in the living area, accommodating up to three people comfortably.

The furnishing is modern, functional, and comfortable. Here too, you can enjoy free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, SAT-TV/IPTV, a washing machine, and a dryer, as well as parking directly in front of the house. A private entrance ensures maximum independence, allowing you to organize your stay completely flexibly.
