IMPORTANT: Please do not use your Navi when arriving. The old access road is blocked. Please drive: Aschau am Inn - Waldwinkel - up Tödtenberg hill. 100m after the first property you will see a wooden shed on the right hand side of the road. Immediately after the shed, turn right. "Gut Hellhof" sign is visible. Parking is at the end of the road on the left.

The Estate house in which the flats are lovated is over 150 years old, completely modernised and with plenty of charm.
