All rooms are renovated and fully furnished. The bedrooms are equipped with beds including bedding (duvets, pillows), wardrobes, and televisions. The kitchen is fully equipped as well, including a refrigerator, stovetop, and a table with chairs. Our bathroom includes a shower and two sinks. All rooms are heated with central heating.

Our accommodations are very centrally located in the city center of Augsburg – allowing quick access to nearby industrial and construction areas via the B17 and A8. Public transport is also easily accessible, just a 2-minute walk in any direction. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance.
