With full occupancy of the apartment and long-term rental, prices from €10 per person/night, i.e. €300 per person, are possible.

All apartments are regularly painted or renovated to a high standard, are locked and have their own entrance. All rooms are clean, furnished to a high standard and very well maintained. The use of W-LAN and the provision of bed linen is included!
