Contractor apartment in Nuremberg-Langwasser, quietly located on Glogauer Strasse. The trade fair, the port and the industrial areas in the south-east are only minutes away, with good connections to the A9 and A73 motorways. The underground takes you to the city centre in about fifteen minutes.

The apartment is located in an annex with a mono-pitch roof and offers three separate bedrooms with single beds, six sleeping places in total. The kitchen comes with a dining table, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and cooking utensils. A washing machine is available, the bathroom has a shower and toilet.

WiFi, TV, radio and a desk are part of the equipment; bed linen, towels and cleaning products are included. There is a terrace in front of the apartment, free parking spaces and shops nearby. Self check-in by arrangement.

Rooms can be rented individually or the whole apartment for teams. Minimum stay 3 nights. We speak German, English, Romanian and Spanish.
