The two apartments are located on the ground floor and first floor of a building dating from 1911. They were most recently modernised in 2021 and 2025 respectively and can be rented either as complete apartments or by the room.

**Ground-floor apartment**

The apartment has three bedrooms and is suitable for two to four people:

* one twin room,
* one single room with a king-size bed,
* one single room with a queen-size bed, which is accessed through the adjoining bedroom.

A fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and heated towel rail are available for shared use. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and gas cooker. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

**First-floor apartment**

The layout of this apartment can be adapted flexibly for two to four occupants. The rooms are intended primarily for single occupancy, although double occupancy is also possible.

The spacious kitchen-diner features a large dining table with chairs and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and induction hob, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and a large side-by-side refrigerator with a water dispenser.

As the kitchen has two separate entrances, various arrangements are possible. With two occupants, a living room and a bathroom with a bathtub are available in addition to the kitchen. With three or four occupants, the living room can be used as an additional bedroom; in this case, two bathrooms are available. The second bathroom was completely renovated in 2025 and features a bathtub, a level-access walk-in shower, a heated towel rail and a handheld bidet sprayer.

An additional single room with a queen-size bed is directly connected to the large bedroom. The washing machine is located in the apartment’s boiler room, which also provides space for hanging and drying laundry.

The building and both apartments are heated by a central gas heating system. Wood- and coal-burning stoves are also available, creating a particularly warm and cosy atmosphere during the colder months.

The apartments can be rented either by the room or as complete units.
