I would like to introduce my accommodations below.

Apartment types and layout:
Apartments, rooms, or studios are available for rent.
When renting rooms, the kitchen and bathroom are always shared with the other guests on the floor.
When renting an entire apartment or studio, the kitchen and bathroom are always for the exclusive use of the guests.
The apartments are divided into 2-3 rooms.
The kitchens are usually located in a separate room. However, there are also studios or apartments where the kitchen is integrated into the living space.
(Please inquire about the apartment type in advance and ask whether it is an apartment, a room, or a studio.)

Apartment amenities:
All apartments have free Wi-Fi and a TV.
Some apartments have a balcony. Some units have a shared garden with barbecue facilities and a covered smoking area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and cooking utensils such as pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, cutting boards, etc.
There are apartments with a large bathroom (with a bath, shower, double vanity, and 2 toilets) and apartments with a small bathroom (with a shower, sink, and 1 toilet).

Transport connections:
The motorway connections are very good and can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
The nearest bus stop (Vaals Grenze) towards Aachen is approximately 30 meters away. Other bus stops towards Maastricht and Heerlen are also just a few minutes' walk away.

Parking:
There are several public parking spaces on the German side, including a very large parking lot about 30 meters away. From 6 p.m. to 9 a.m., there are also free public parking spaces directly in front of the accommodation and across the street. The parking spaces are video monitored by the city.
