We rent 2x 1ZKB for 1-4 people or 2 x 2ZKB for 4-8 people. The apartments are in a 5-family house in Saarbrücken, on the outskirts of Saarbrücken, in a quiet side street on the ground floor and 1st floor. The house is well-kept and quiet. Our apartments are always clean, disinfected and up to date. Almost all apartments are fully equipped with washing machine, WiFi, Smart TV, kitchens with oven, stove, kettle and microwave, toaster and coffee maker, bed linen, large bathrooms with windows and a very beautiful courtyard with barbecue area and seating in summer. For longer rentals of 3 months or more, we naturally make a monthly price that is cheaper. Arrival only possible after 3 p.m.!!! Departure by 9.00 a.m. on the day of departure. We require a deposit of 500 euros and a final cleaning of 50 euros for 2-person apartments and a deposit of 800 euros and 80 euros of final cleaning for 4-person apartments. We no longer rent without a deposit. We've had too many bad experiences. The deposit is returned directly on the day of departure. The apartment must be booked by email. The rent, the deposit and final cleaning are always to be paid in advance.
