Description
There is a double room (2 wide single beds) with a small sofa, balcony and TV (green see picture no. 6-8), a common room (2 beds) with cookingplace, dining and living area with TV (blue see picture no. 1-5) and a single room (orange see picture no. 9) as well as a bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet (see picture no. 10).
The unit is rented to guests of a company for exclusive use. Therefore, the minimum occupancy is two people.
Bed linen (change every 3 weeks) and towels (change every 2 weeks) are provided.
Microwave, coffee machine, kettle, stove / oven, refrigerator and hair dryer are available. Likewise dishes, cutlery and cooking accessories.
The property is located near the center of Steinenbronn and is about 150m from the nearest bus stop. Good bus connection to the airport / fair (distance 9 km) and Leinfelden train station (S-Bahn connection)

Included in the rental price: The kitchen and bathroom are cleaned by us every 2 weeks, the remaining rooms (surfaces and floors) every 3 weeks.
Fresh towels weekly and linen change every 2 weeks.
For our services (cleaning / laundry service) we charge an additional 5, - € p.p./week.
Deposit 50, - € for the room key.
The free cancellation of binding reservations must be made no later than 2 work days before the date of arrival. Otherwise we have to invoice the accommodation costs for 2 nights.
