We rent furnished accommodation to companies only – for fitters, tradespeople and skilled workers. We do not rent to private individuals.

Own properties – no agency
We operate all accommodation ourselves: more than 900 beds in 23 cities across Germany. One contact person, one contract and one consolidated invoice for all locations. We only rent fully self-contained apartments and houses, no individual rooms.

Accommodation
Single, double and multi-bed rooms with single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and a washing machine of its own in every accommodation. Bed linen included. Parking in front of the building.

The accommodation is located in Hünshoven, Geilenkirchen. Train station Geilenkirchen: approx. 0.4 km. Bus stop Krankenhaus: approx. 250 m. Shopping (Kaufland): approx. 150 m.
