Our company has been providing furnished staff accommodation in Wilhelmshaven and Bremerhaven since 1995. These are not holiday apartments, but fully equipped units for companies, workers and project teams. We have successfully accommodated project-related stays for up to 3,500 people – including teams working at JadeWeserPort, the GDF SUEZ power plant and various shipyards.

Each unit is clean, centrally located and functionally furnished.
Each person has their own private, lockable bedroom with a private bathroom.
Kitchens are shared depending on the building.

Accommodation is available exclusively for professional stays with a minimum rental period of 1 month.

All locations are centrally situated close to shipyards, industrial zones, JadeWeserPort, the LNG terminal and the city centre. Supermarkets and public transport are within walking distance.
