Additional pricing information
1. The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been booked and confirmed. 2. The conclusion of the accommodation contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the contract term. 3. If the guest does not use the contractual services, he or she is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price, less any expenses saved by the innkeeper. Based on experience, savings for overnight stays amount to 20% of the overnight price. 4. a) The innkeeper (landlord) is obligated in good faith to rent out unused rooms/apartments to other guests, if possible, to avoid losses. 4. b) Until the room is rented out to another guest, the guest must pay the amount calculated in accordance with Section 3 for the duration of the contract. 5. The arrival and departure days are considered one day. 6. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of business.
