Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten bereits enthalten.
Internet ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Reinigung und der Handtücher Wechsel erfolgt wöchentlich.
Bettwäschewechsel erfolgt alle zwei Wochen.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 2550,- Euro zzgl. 7% MwSt, es entstehen keine weiteren Kosten.
